Looks like there is a pocket on one of the waist straps. No idea of the quality of this bag but the image does show a zippered pocket (small inline image).
Do you have a link to these Aldi backpacks?
I'm actually looking for a cycling bag and this looks fairly decent imo. The waist strap is important. Also whether it's waterproof/resistent or not is a mild concern at best because I never ride in the rain.
Added to my shortlist.
They also have this larger rucksack on their site too, which is waterproof. Tempting.

looks good but im worry about buying - sometimes they can make the photos looks amazing but the real stuffs are not

Having no waist hip pockets is a total fail as a real cycle or hiking backpack. With all those zips I very much doubt that it would be waterproof, but maybe water resistant.
Aldi have good waterproof backpacks which are waterproof, good for commuting but not good for long bike rides due to no waist strap and pockets
