I currently have Coles $60*4 Weeks then return $50 activated, not sure if this includes Opal top up?

I'm not from NSW, but I'd assume from this that Opal cards are not an exclusion.

You could always try it and if the transaction qualifies, it will say "Congratulations! Just 3 more weeks to go. Your week 1 qualifying shop is registered!" on the receipt.
