Cheap Way to Get Access to IBISWORLD Industry Research Reports

I would like to get access to IBISWorld Industry Research Reports, but the cost is very expensive.

Does anyone know of a way to get these reports at a discounted rate?

  Yeah if you have access to a uni student, or an alumni access to uni library - they have it too :)

In theory you could setup a proxy from a University on a computer. This would grant the computer access to the University catalog. There are tutorials on Youtube for the process.
