If you use an Aussie mastercard (maybe others too?) and set a US home address on the card (random one) then you can buy US PSN$ / cards through Amazon, then redeem them on the PSN account and buy the game.
They haven't blocked this (yet) - been like that for several years. I buy all my stuff on my US account now.
I did this the other day for "The last of us, but Ihad to make a US PSN account… How the hell do i get the game to my normal account :(

No, you need a US PSN account to be able to redeem the code. It won't let you redeem it using a non US PSN account.

How large is the download?
I don't actually know for sure, but it'd be massive. At least 20GB. Possibly even 30.
EDIT - Holy balls, it's actually 40. That shit would take nearly a day to download on my internet speed.
Yeah my PS4 is almost full I will wait to get a cheap disc copy
PS4 games install on the hard drive so it'd probably be the same size when using a disk.

Thanks. I'm on microwave wifi internet, and have to pay for data blocks above 100GB,so 40Gb would cost me around $30, negating the special.
