@garylo59: I ended up ordering two of these, first one came with a tax invoice, second with a sales order. Looked through my emails and there was an email from TGG with an attached pdf file of the invoice.

first off did you choose C&C or $8 delivery?
If you chose delivery. You should have received a call from TGG in regards to what store is looking after your order
I got a call last Wednesday said they will post it on the same day, however I didn't receive it…I made a complaint yesterday about the missing parcel, and this morning I got a call from the store, the manager said they forgot to send it…they will send it today….really a bad experience…
should of asked for compensation for the stuff up and wasting your time. Maybe they could of thrown in a free accessory.
With my phone call they weren't just confirming my order they were also trying to sell me accessories for the thing…
still waiting here.. got my "sent" notification 2 days ago.. and im going overseas on saturday. slowest order ever.
