  Dont bother using them. Waste of time and money! Booked flight couple months ago with them and they kept asking for security verification and they kept delaying confirming my flight. The card was under my name and after sending all the details to them they said they didn't receive anything or they will say that its under process. Try them if you are going to book your flight months in advance, otherwise go somewhere else. Avoid at all cost.

  My experience with BYOjet are quite solid and positive - I even had once the need to change the flight date, went through the call center, all sorted within a few hours . All as expected , nothing more, nothing less

  No discount … Just fake, wont trust this people again

  I applied the code while paying for ticket, it showed discount but

  still deducted full amount while paying .. No discount.

  Called their customer service (in philippines) they have no idea, one of the agent said I have to book next time to get this discount and disconnected my call ,. pathetic travel agency.

  Called again someone said , it is valid on my birthday .. ha ha so stupid

  Called once again..someone lifted my call said ..valid only I book again (next time). where is the voucher then ?

    We found an issue when paying via PayPal all other payment options will discount the $50, we have discounted PayPal as a payment option until this has been resolved.

    Does this means in order to $50 discount I need to make a booking between 16-Oct-2016 and 31-Oct-2016?

    Does it apply per-transaction or per-passenger?

  The promo code will discount $50 off the total price (per-transaction) on the checkout page. This promo code can be used now until the 16 October 2016.
