    Not really… The pass finishes on Oct 31st this year- I'm pretty sure the 12 months free access that I signed up to around the start of last summer ran through to the same date.
    
    What we need is a free live pass through until Oct 31st next year as the 'free streaming of selected live matches through to 31st March 2017' seems to be just a marketing ploy to give you a taste in order to get you to pay for the full live access pass.

      I used this and now in the Cricket Live app it says my Live Pass expires 9 October 2017

      @dazweeja: Wow, okay, so I just accessed the perk and you're right, it says that it expires Oct 2017… Hopefully access all summer is sorted- thanks OP and @dazweeja!

I already have a Cricket Pass from Optus, and my account says that it will expire on December 31 this year. When I try and use this current offer to extend my pass into next year, the Optus website says "Oops. you have reached the limit of your free cricket passes", however other people here are saying that they are using this offer to extend the term of their pass?

      Hey so i just spoke to Optus Chat and took a screenshot which i can pass on to yourself if you have issues…You have to register for it before the end of October, but you have until end of November to activate it! hope this helps!
