      Somebody actually suggested woolworths
      Might look into that tomorro

  • Coles contents insurance. Great price and I have done a claim and was really impressed how easy it worked out, they didn't question any quotes and just paid out .

  • I use RACV since it gives a 10% off my car insurance as well.

    • I moved from RACQ when they increased the premium 400% one year - one year $500 next year (no claims) was over $2000. They did it after the big qld floods, every customer had a big increase. I soon went elsewhere.

  • NRMA was by far the cheapest when we were looking, and the one time we've had to claim it was very straightforward. They simply wanted proof that we'd owned the items we were claiming on, but that would be the case with any insurer. Anything you don't have receipts for, take photos and store in dropbox or whereever.

thankyou that's actually a smart idea

  • Suncorp would be my suggestion

    • I've never heard of them
I called both coles and Woolies and they seem to be in the same boat regarding home content
      Same yearly price

  • Suncorp run AAMI and others, perhaps one of the biggest in Australia. You will notice when you get an online quote from them they supply you some more options than what Woolies and Coles groups do.
