Virgin Money Travel Insurance are alright, pair it with MATESRATES as the promocode.
I've used it, didn't need to claim though so not sure about the process of it.
TID or use your credit card if you have one
TID. My family had TID insurance for our trip to Japan few years ago. My 5 y.o. daughter had a little accident in our hotel room in Kyoto, and ended up in the hospital for a couple of stitches on her head! We made a claim when we returned to Aust. Very simple process, no fuss. We have been using TID for all our trips ever since. Highly recommended.
I always use CoverMore insurance, cheap & good to deal with…other members here also say you can get their already quite cheap policies even cheaper through Australia Post too! ;)
