Sg redemption of Xbox gift cards

I just puchased $70 of sg xbox gift cards.
I cannot seem to add it to my xbox account.

Tried VPN
Tried to ensure local at lower left is changed to SG
Tried mozilla and explorer
Also tried via mobile chrome

Kinda stuck

Can anyone please assist?

What am i doing incorrect?

Did you change your Xbox account to (I presume) Singapore on your console?
