Cheap Tablet under $250

Looking for a cheap tablet I can use to watch Netflix, HD tv shows, stream music and browse the internet

My only main need is good quality screen

Was thinking about getting a Xiaomi Mi Pad 64gb for $250 but it has 2gb of data and i'm not sure if this will be enough for my needs.

Can anyone offer any suggestions on if the Mi Pad will be fine or if theres a better option out there ?
