Why is a Recently-UPDATED iOS 10 [on iPad Mini 2] unable to connect to WiFi via WPA2 Personal using AES encryption?

Another iPad Mini (in SAME office) shows NO Security Warnings from SAME WiFi router.

There's No indication that WPA2 Personal & AES -aren't- being used by THAT iPad Mini 2.

Have a crack at forgetting the wifi network and then joining again.

I would try resetting network settings. Although all of your Wi-Fi passwords will be gone from the iPad after that.
