Has anyone had any problems getting their $50 card from Budget?
Several weeks ago i took out a home insurance policy with Budget Direct as their insurance was reasonable, and the card helped push them over the line against another company i was considering.
I was very careful to enter the buddy code before purchase, recall being prompted for the code and entering it. I didn't think i'd need to document this, so didn't take screen shots as i was doing it.
After around 2 months and no card, i wrote to Budget and asked them about it. They took around a month to give me a final answer, which was that they have no record of me submitting a buddy code, so of course i don't get a card.
Did you receive your card ok? Or have you had similar issues?
