Was wondering if anyone knows a good place to get the upcoming Mafia 3 PC game for a good deal. Or if there are any sales on/discount codes.
Prefer digital download, but physical is okay too.
Have tried some online sites but noticed that they recently added EU region lock?

I also checked cdkeyshouse and it was approx $38AUD but mentions that it is an EU key and had a bold red text that said it can only be played/activated in EU.
I also noticed that on that listing for cdkeys just they had a EU flag under the region bit on the right, but doesn't specifically mention that it can only be played in the EU in the text.
Wasn't sure if the game is region locked?
Unfortunately looks like it is region locked. The older ones were too I think.
Wow, that's a great price ! Almost too good to be true. I'm gonna send them a quick email to double check that it is region free with no issues, and then will mostly buy it from them !

My other alternative was just getting it from JB for $69 (certainty that it'll work, no fuss etc.)
But JB notes that you have to pre-order 7 days ahead for it to be guaranteed dispatch one day prior to release (which is too late now). So I went to EBGames (their store is 10mins away) and they price matched $69 and I could pick it up in store on the day too. JB and EB have their own little pre-order perks but it's prob not worth $20 or so haha.
After I get some assurance from gamesdeal, gonna have to go cancel EB.

Hello,
thank you for you interst in our product. According to out information the Codes should be region free and will therefore work in Australia. Should there occur an unexpected problem with the Codes because of the region we will of course be able to refund the payment.
As mentioned in the product description the Code will be delivered with the pre-order bonus "Family Kickback" which includes three additional exclusive weapons and cars.
Unfortunately we are not able to tell an exact time of delivery. Usually the Codes should be delivered either already the day before the official release or in the course of the release day.

@Axelstrife: Yeah, pretty neat. Even though I linked the general Mafia 3 version, they responded regarding the pre-order/day one edition/ and mentioned the family kick back anyway.
I'm gonna have to go to EB tomorrow and see if I can successfully cancel my preorder with no fuss, then I'll most likely buy it from them tomorrow.

Oh man ! It was too good to be true :S
I've sent an email to gamesdeal to chase up on what happens now. I cancelled my EB preorder and purchased from Gamesdeal at ~$48AUD earlier today around 2pm when it was still advertised as region free.
I think gmg quotes their prices as USD online? So $54USD is about $71AUD - might as well get it from JB for $69AUD.
GamesDeal said their supplier updated them/changed the listing. Full refund issued. D:
Yeah i ended up buying it from GMG for $61aud, and got the key straight away.
If you sign into your gmg account its $47.99usd then use the code vip3 for i think 2 or 3% discount.
CDkeys was roughly $50AUD from memory for a digital steam code.
