AOC G2778VQ Freesync monitor worth it for $244

G'day

I'm looking for a new monitor and AOC G2778VQ looks okay specially with the 20% from ebay.

Not really a big gamer just DoTA and I will be gettin either an RX 470/480 for Xmas. Depending on prices.

I cant really find any reviews. What are your thoughts.

Maximum resolution 1920x1080 on 27in is low (try to see any brand 27in screen at 1920x1080 to decide do you find it acceptable). AOC is not considered to be particularly good or reliable brand (read some test of other AOC monitors), but again: individual experiences will vary. The price is good.

I would rather get a 24" 1920x1080 monitor. If you desperately want a 27" it is better to save up for a 1440 screen.
