It said free delivery over $40 only.

You are indeed correct. Title updated :)

Or 18.56 pounds (equivalent to $31).

      • I do this too!!! Works out to be so much cheaper shopping in pounds

      • Recced this. If you don't convert to pounds you're insane, i had an order last night for 40 aud, converted to gbp and it was only 32 aud equivalent.

  • Can anyone recommend some suit pants? One that's slim fit and suitable for short people… (30 waist, 30 legs)

    • +1

Be careful about their "slim pants". I find that often their "slim", is really slim. When I purchase pants, jeans, from asos, I always buy multiple sizes

Don't forget to change currency to GBP!

    • +1

Can I ask why it's better to change it to GBP than AUD?

      • +5

Slightly cheaper i think, to be honest, i usually forget.

      • +12

Prices are cheaper after currency conversion.

        eg:
        http://www.asos.com/au/asos/asos-t-shirt-with-crew-neck-in-r…

        In AUD $7.50
In GBP £3.48 which is around $5.84 AUD

        • Thank you LazzHaxx and Xizor :)

        • Is there a fee charged by the bank (Commonwealth)if I pay in GBP?

        • +2

@roger1505: I do believe so. Check the fees and charges on their website.

        • -1

@maolin95: thanks! probably be safer to just pay in AUD

        • @roger1505: There is a 3% charge for currency conversion (Mastercard and VISA I believe), but even taking this into consideration, it ends up being cheaper going by GBP. Hope this helps.

        • @Munki: Thanks Munki yeah it helps. Just went and bought a few more things in GBP :D

          Tough crowd around here :/

        • The only time we're glad that Brexit happened

And use 28 Deg or Coles Mastercard to pay

      or Citibank Plus

      • hey Sky, which coles credit card has the free international transactions/foreign ex like 28 degrees. I'm looking for a new one :)

    • Does cash rewards still work if paying in a foreign currency ?

    • Thanks! This saved me 10 dollars on a 42 dollar order

  • Looking at the shoe section reminds me that good socks deal is long overdue

  • Bonus 5.60% Cashback with Cashrewards?

    • Actually 7-something percent last time I checked

My Wife and I are too old to be wearing any of those clothes.

Had a great experience with these guys last week.
I purchased an oversized jumper and a hat and it was a great fit. It was my first time buying from them, and I now love their clothes. The hat actually ripped about 2 weeks after purchase, so I went on the live chat on the website and let an employee know the situation. I thought it would be a hassle about it not being my fault and stuff, but to my surprise, the guy said what's your order number, email, DOB? I gave it to him and he asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I opted for a replacement and it arrived within 3 business days through DHL express. Great experience with them, they'll be getting more of my money and a great recommendation.

    • Yeah I've been buying stuff from asos for years.
You can never fault their customer service.
I had one time where aus post completely messed up.

      • I was so surprised it wasn't a huge issue. The best customer service I've ever had

Last picture on this one is a cracker

No one would doubt his crazy badass credentials. Particularly the crazy part.

    • hahah!

    • He's doing his best to look masculine though. An A for effort.

  • Why everytime i try to buy something i keep getting "Product API is unavailable"?

  • +9

most of what's going "cheap" is the imitated no frills asos stuff

    • Yup!

    • +12

really not sure why this is getting upvoted so much… it's just a normal "up to" 50% sale, and the better sale is when it's 20-30% off the sale prices.

seems like lots of new ozbargainers around

      • +7

It's because tightarse posted the deal.

        • haha true didn't think of that, he has a lot of sheep fans

      • +1

It's just their normal sales cycle. In a month or so it'll be a "up to 70% off" sale. And then they do the 10%, 15%, 20% off coupons.

        • yeah, their sales kinda suck now. they used to regularly have a code for 50% off the 50% sale prices

  • +1

Am I the only one having issues with adding items to the bag? Two items that I wanna buy are available, and when I choose the color and size etc, and try to add them to the cart nothing happens. Tried two different browsers (FF & Chrome) and still the same.

Edit: Looks like the site is down right now.

  • i had no idea pants started at size 26… jesus that is small!!

    • +2

"…And the assistant suggested I try a ladies' size.

I got hurt feelings, I got hurt feelings.
I'm not gonna wear a ladies' wetsuit! I'm a man!
I got hurt feelings, I got hurt feelings.
Give me a small man's wetsuit, please."
