Online Travel Agent

Hi,

I bought ticket through the online travel agent in Melbourne. I am in Sydney. They have office in Melbourne Westfield Shopping Centre.

I start worry as I could not able to chat via Facebook.

Could anyone please advise me how do I check the travel agent is authentic or a dodgy one?

  You can do a search on ATAS and see if they are a participant…

  But, it is a Sunday and after Business Hours, so what makes you think they are dodgy?
