Hello

I thinking of buying a phone and thinking about the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 with 3/32gb combination. I also am thinking getting the international version - I am guessing that means it is easy to use it in overseas…

I am after your opinion if I should buy this, what should a good price to pay, and where is the best places to buy.

    International version usually means it has the Global ROM instead of the Chinese ROM loaded. No differences in hardware.

        That's only in the Taiwan version of the Redmi Note 3 which is officially called the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Special Edition.

        Sellers will use the term Global Version for the Special Edition and International Edition for the Global ROM.

    I am a bit reluctant to buy it since no one has posted a deal on it yet… :) Not sure why; may be it is not good enough compared to other models or its predecessor.

    If I were you I would wait for a snapdragon version to be released. If you can't wait grab a RMN3 Pro Prime/Special Edition. Snapdragon cores are more energy efficient and will allow developers to make better ROMs (Like Cyanogenmod) than Xiaomi's rubbish MIUI. MIUI looks nice but is terribly inefficient and comes preloaded with crap (such as their security app that reinstalls itself). Not many deals so far because of how new the device is really.
