Just after some advice on formal shirts.
I need a new shirt for a wedding and am having trouble finding one that fits.
I have a larger neck (46cm) and the only shirts that fit are XXL which is massive.
A large fits perfect but the necks only seem to be 36 or 38.
Anybody else have this issue? Should I just get one tailor made (sure to be expensive!)?

I have a size 48 neck, big shoulders but a 4xl swims on me. I found Van Hueson Euro fit to be perfect.

i think the best solution for you is to go made-to-measure online via Luxire.com or something. look at their measurement guide on how to measure yourself or a shirt you like, and then make adjustments as necessary. The average bespoke shirt from there costs $130 including shipping. what you should do is measure a shirt that fits your body and then take those measurements and combine it with the neck size of your choice. you also need to factor in shrinkage when buying these shirts so add 0.25 inches around the chest and yoke (shoulder area).
