My dear wife managed to spill water on her phone, so she needs a new one today. Currently she has a HTC One (M7), which has a 4.7" screen and doesn't really want anything any bigger.
So any ideas of what android phone I should get? Needs to be $200 or less, available in Sydney and have a reasonable camera.

If you're willing to go up to 5" the Moto G Series 3 is pretty good. The camera seems pretty good as well.
Thanks for the suggestion, but it appears that it's both bigger than the M7 and I'm not sure that I'd be able to find it for $200 or less.

At that screen size you'd probably want to go for the Moto E (4.5") or the One Plus X (5").
The OnePlus X seems to be only a tiny bit bigger than the M7. Can you get them for around the $200 mark though?

Shame it died after having water spilt on it, my M7 has been dropped in beach water twice, been in the shower often and it's still going strong
