DWI Phone Order, Now on Backorder without Warning

I ordered a phone on DWI on the 18th of September, I selected the only colour of the phone they had left in stock and paid express shipping so I can get back to having a phone.

10 days later, the phone is still in Payment Recieved so I check with live chat.

Customer Service Representative: Sorry the OnePlus Two mobile phones are in shortage. Estimated availability is in 1-2 weeks

So now I'm stuck waiting an additional 1-2 weeks, finding a new site, or researching a new phone to get headdesk

Be wary buying here, their communication is fairly poor. Am not looking forward to wrangling my money back out of them if I find somewhere else…

    I had a good experience with them, but you always take your chances when buying grey. Did you buy using PayPal? I think if you are desperate, get a refund and look elsewhere.

    They will look for stocks when they receive money from customers. They normally don't have stock in hand. Same business model with shopping square too.

    ordered a gold s7 edge Wednesday, asked if I could change to black that same night and got the phone on Monday. Pretty good experience for me, this is through their eBay store during the last sale.

    I bought one from this deal LG Google Nexus 5X 32GB Black on the 19th September, Estimated delivery: Mon. 26 Sep. - Thu. 29 Sep.
    On 23rd September received email "We have confirmed that there's an unexpected delay on the shipment of orders due to the sudden increase in demand of the item…"
    As of today still no update about shipping
