  • Is this cheaper than Aldi Wheat Biscuits 1.12kg?

    • +1

Are they also made by sanitarium?

    • +3

No, the Aldi Wheat Biscuits are $0.28/100g - I've been a "Weetbix kid" for years LOL, but quite liked the Aldi ones when I tried them, so have recently switched over to those as my cereal of choice :) .

      • Aldi weetbix have added sugar though. Not sure about Sanitarium but Uncle Toby does not have any added sugar.

        • +5

I've got a box of each at the moment, and Sanitarium Weetbix actually have a higher sugar content (3.3g per 100g) than Aldi Wheat Biscuits (2.8g per 100g).

once the chinese dai gou's find out about this, it'll be sold out in a day

    • arent you one of them?

far from it, but I bet you are ;)

  • whats the difference between weetbix and britvix?

    • +1

are you confusing britvix with brexit?

      • actually i mean Vitabrits not britvix.

  • I wonder the sale ends? since you can only buy 6 :(

    • +1

Should be 4th of October since it started today. Not sure if they would actually care if you took more than 6 to self serve checkout, alternatively can buy 6 then go to car and come back and buy another 6 or take another person with you and get 6 each etc.

      • Or you could pay strangers to buy them for you.

  • +1

    Still more expensive than Aldi

  • not a fan of soggy weetbix

    • +4

Thanks . I got a package but got blasted as it not vita Brits as these have a lower Sugar content. Also the large size at regular price of $5 is 38cents per 100 0r 70c per kilo difference. Perhaps not worth a special trip.
But there is drumsticks half price to undo the healthy food. But so good.

The interval since last sale is not that long anymore. Great, hope this trend continues :-) Prior to last sale, it went for months without going on sale.

  • Strange i went to brisbane city and the weetbixs weren't on sale. Could anyone confirm if other brisbane stores have this for sale?

    • The one at myer is coles central express that excludes any deals from catalogue specials.
