I just got my Sonos and realized can't use my Spotify free account on it! I really like the Spotify app, playlists and everything. Was a premium user until they made the app freely available. I have also tested Google Play music but it does just not pack the punch spotify does for me.
Considering going premium again. Unless if there are any other music streaming service that can be paid with my Telstra Bill that might be worth trying.
Playlists and choices in steaming apps are easier. But I think if I wasn't lazy I would have done that the old school way of listening to only the songs I downloaded.
If pay for Google Play music with your telstra credit, you get Youtube Red access as well.

I hope I find decent playlists. YouTube music app was decent. Might be the only option.
I have tried YouTube red. I didn't find anything that prominent except perhaps the fact that there are no ads.
I use pandora on my Sonos - and it doesn't cost me anything. I also don't seem to get any ads.

I thought you could subscribe to Spotify with Google Play billing?

Why don't you just youtube your favourite songs and download the mp3?
