    Zen 3 is Circular. So depends on how you like your watch, Not much difference in specs.

    Zenwatch 3 has a smaller battery but with quick charge
    Zenwatch 3 has a slightly higher resolution screen 400X400 compared to 340X340
    CPU's on both Watches are clocked at 1.2Ghz QC

    Keep in mind, you would be paying much more for a full metal Zenwatch 3 compared to the plastic strap

      I have the small size. I am a female with pretty petite wrists and it works well for me. Mine came with the cream leather band but I have used a black metal band and currently using a black leather band with it.

      A: If your phone has an android operating system you can. If you have an iPhone, you cannot. (From answered questions on amazon page, I have no personal experience with this watch)
