I had a look at some older threads of people asking the same but I am only needing one or two custom laser cut stickers instead of a bulk amount. I have a custom PNG image with a clear backdrop (around 20cm x 10cm) and happy for it to be printed in black and white.
Preferably somewhere in Melbourne or elsewhere providing it's not overly expensive to post.
Any assistance is appreciated.
For a laser cut it's preferable to have a vector / eps file. Look on eBay I've got some done from suppliers on there in the past.

Very fast turnaround (think it was 2 days from order —> delivery). Great communication (I asked a lot of questions) and the sticker we got for our shop window was perfectly cut. Even includes application instructions + a squeegee to avoid any bubbles.
Thanks for the suggestions guys. I'll look into vinylletteringdirect and eBay (it didn't even occur to me that there were sellers taking custom orders).
