    • Thank you so much for your advice!

Too bad they are Melbourne only, otherwise I'd be super keen! (OP might want to mention in the post.)

Thank you so much for your advice, we have edited the post. Too bad you are not in Melb :(

  • $10 is a good price if you cant do it yourself.

  • Do you have any iPhone 7 curved tempered glass ones at that price?

    • sorry but only the flat versions are available at the moment!

    • +1

Curved? Is there something like? Or rather, is it even out?

      • we have seen a few curved ones for iPhone 6 but don't work very well.

you know you can buy 10 glass screen protectors for $10, and install them yourself. youll prob end up with 6-7 left if you have never installed them before.
i dont see the deal here.

  • Do you have tempered glass protectors for LG G4? Also what glass brand do you use?

    • +1

Yes…but they will last longer than the phone due to Boot Loop.

      • Personal Experience.
  • S7 that covers the entire screen available?

Giving a thumbs up for those who prefer someone else to install.
Sure, you can always do it yourself and save (but also wait days/weeks for delivery).
Mess up a glass install and it's quite hard to lift and fix.
Good on you for doing a deal.

  • What brands are these glass protectors?

  • Purchased a tempered glass screen protector for iPhone 5S in Coles for $2.
$10 seems a bit steep ($20 seems ridiculous).

  • Genuine noob question. Why do we need screen protectors at all? I've seen all sorts of youtube videos of phone screens (gorilla glass or whatever?) being resistant to all sorts of scratch tests. Is that all BS? Do I need another layer on top of my allegedly super strong screen?

    • For scratch resistance, no. I do it because of peace of mind. Its a layer of sacrificial protection.

    • The claims gorilla glass made are true. But each scratch or drop creates miniature cracks. The crack creates a stress concentration point on your phone.
The glass are not designed for endurance.
When you drop a phone, the energy needs to be transferred, by using an additional protective layer, it allows the energy to be released when it breaks.
$10 for a screen protector is a rip off, there are many other sellers out there that sells it for much lower, even comes from the same factory.

    • Do I need another layer on top of my allegedly super strong screen?

When you drop your phone and need to pay $100 or even more for a replacement, you will understand.

Right now I am looking at my Samsung note which has a huge crack right through the middle… of the glass screen protector. So, it worked.

50% off for Tempered Glass Screen Protectors with Installation in Store ($20 RRP)

Pay half price on tempered glass protector! $20 RRP now 50% off only $10 with installation

OP - I really think you will do better with this deal if you just state the price plainly in the title.

Nobody cares about the 50% rubbish, and when I first skimmed the deal in the index I actually thought your normal price is $40 and the discounted price was $20.

My stupid GF paid $30 fitted for her latest screen protector, so $10 is a bargain. Those AliExpress ones that the guys above are talking about are almost certainly not even hardened and tempered. Most of the screens that I have purchased online have arrived broken LOL

  • Quick question. Does the store's employee use a specific machine/device to install the screen protector or do they also use their hand manually like we all do and hope for the best?
I always put on my own screen protector so just curious.
