How are we supposed to do this when its an in-app game, which gives you an in-app form?

although for education purposes, in the unlikely event that you lose your source code to your gaming application that gives away free QV sample products you could get the iphone simulator from the sdk avail at apple website, then use otool or ida pro to get the calls and you can work it out from there,

and for the record, no; "these days", you cannot find every directory on a website, it is highly dependent on the security and the way the site/server is setup.
you obviously don't have any experience in this kind of stuff. this is not to say chem warehouse servers is highly secure, but your statement is misleading. anyone who knows the basics to setting up a virtual server can tell you how much you failed just now.
