      I'm going to Japan for 2 weeks in October and just bought a Yokoso SIM off ebay for around $50. Gives 5GB data and is valid for 90 days. Can't comment on it as I obviously haven't used it yet but that's an option to consider and you could take advantage of the eBay 15% discount if you spend $75 or more.

        To be honest, we're relatively new, but we've been pretty competitive with price and service (at least we hope). We've had a few issues with some customers with the Europe and Singapore sims, but we've put in place controls to avoid the same situations occurring.

      FYI I bought a Europe 14 Day sim from them a while back and had lots of trouble with the Three (HK) version not activating and various other kerfuffles. In the end we didn't get to use the 14-day version.

      The good news is that for Europe, you'll be hopefully getting a Three (UK) one instead (which is what they informed me). Support were really fast with replies as we tried to diagnose the issue but we didn't have any success with the SIM.

    Would be great if I could get a respond through your customer service email on your website. I am not happy with not getting a respond of my order. The order have been a month and half ago.
    I have put a dispute payment through PayPal, last week. Would like my refund. Given up on the order after sending couple of emails and didn't receive a respond.

    Hey just letting everyone know, you may not get 4g speeds for Japan sim. I'm currently in Japan right now, ordered one through a competitor and I don't hit above 1mbps. Emailed and have been told DoCoMo are having congestion issues and are giving priority to locals, I'd recommend pocket WiFi for alternative if you want better speeds (but hassle of carrying it around and charging).

      You can top up at the Ultra Mobile site (see https://ultramobile.com/faq for more info) or at an Ultra Mobile store in the States. Generally the top ups are for a month's worh of validity.
