        Update

        I sent an email, heard back from them in less than 24 hours.

        Informed average shipping is 15-45 days. (which is probably what I needed to research to begin with) And to contact them if it hasn't arrived within the 45 days.

        That means I can expect it anytime from now and the next 3 and a half weeks before it's 'late'

        I found them rather prompt and helpful in their reply, which is great.

        Perhaps there is a better website section for my 'Zapals experience' blog…:)

    Internal laptop drives seem more expensive than the external drives at the moment, at least according to Staticice. Can't see why you'd want to buy one of these if all you're going to put in it is a hard drive. If you're trying to make a portable USB 3 SSD I understand why this would be worth buying.

      I ordered two when the deal was first posted and they have just arrived. I'm at work and don't have a hdd to test them with but the build quality seems better than their price would suggest.
