      • I emailed them and still no reply. Will give it until Monday I think.

        • It would be helpful if you could try online chat with them.

        • @Winman:

Got shipment notification so I expect it will arrive.

    • Just ordered one, and got email from Zapals.

    • Just confirmation

    • Did you hear anything yet about this?

I still have no confirmation of shipment on this and it appears to still be processing but a small item I purchased after this has a shipping confirmation already.

    • Nothing. Ordered on the 22nd September. Can't seem to track the item.
I have received their email advertising but no info about the case. I've requested a delivery estimate.

        Update

I sent an email, heard back from them in less than 24 hours.

Informed average shipping is 15-45 days. (which is probably what I needed to research to begin with) And to contact them if it hasn't arrived within the 45 days.

That means I can expect it anytime from now and the next 3 and a half weeks before it's 'late'

I found them rather prompt and helpful in their reply, which is great.

Perhaps there is a better website section for my 'Zapals experience' blog…:)

        • They must have finally sorted it out, I got a notification for shipping on Thursday. (only took close to 4 weeks for that to show up haha)

        • Arrived, 40 days.
Untested. I just found out about IDE/IDC/PATA and SATA differences :D

  • Internal laptop drives seem more expensive than the external drives at the moment, at least according to Staticice. Can't see why you'd want to buy one of these if all you're going to put in it is a hard drive. If you're trying to make a portable USB 3 SSD I understand why this would be worth buying.

  • Got one.
    Cheers OP

  • No shipping confirmation but it showed up in the mail today. I didn't make an account though

  • I am still waiting for the delivery - ordered on 18 Sep. Really long wait!

  • Still waiting for my order. Australian website, but apparently everything ships from China.

    • Zapals isn't an Australian website.

      • True. My bad.

  • Has anyone received it yet?

    • Nope. Still waiting.

    • I ordered two when the deal was first posted and they have just arrived. I'm at work and don't have a hdd to test them with but the build quality seems better than their price would suggest.

    • got it today

  • So what is the verdict is this thing worth the money or just cheap garbage from china?

    • Worth the money bro. Get it if you need it

  • Still waiting for mine.

  • Got mine, it looks beautiful and works perfectly.

  • Got mine 2 days ago, beautiful lookings and perfectly working as well.
