Club Catch - why am I paying an annual fee just to get free shipping on orders over $50?

I get that Catch Of The Day is trying to follow in the system that works with Amazon, but I don't understand why the hell is there a restriction on the order? (I.e. Order minimum)

it's not called club catch for no reason …

  • I just thought that the Free Shipping wouldn't have a restriction, or one so steep.
I'm used to my American Amazon days!

There is also club catch exclusive deals only. You need to update your rant.

  • I signed up late October last year for the first time. Not sure if I'll renew, but certainly got good value out of it over the year.

I often only ordered when there were either price drops on things I needed anyway or extra bonuses like the $10 - $20 off promos.

Mostly I bought food items and mostly protein products that were cheaper than anywhere else and the occasional piece of clothing.

The $50 minimum was occasionally annoying but mostly didn't bother me.

  • lol

  • Club Catch was great when it had true free shipping (purchase a free item or 2 or 3 and have it delivered for free)but there is no way i could justify it now with $50 minimum spend.

    • purchase a free item or 2 or 3

      I love purchasing those items.

  • it used to be $20 minimum purchase a couple of years ago. they have raised to $50 which is a bit too much. I would be fine with $20.
