    can get an LG G5 from QD_AU for ~$450 at the moment with the eBay 10% off coupon, no reason to go for a G4 when G5 is so cheap IMO (especially given the bootloop issues the G4 is facing)

      Indeed, from QD_AU the LG G4 is $469 and the LG G5 is $503, before the discounts. For $35 difference the newer phone, without the bootloop and with the better processor, is the best bet.

      Mind, at this point I might hold off and see if google don't stuff it up the new pixel phones.

    I saw one in JB Hifi today for $488, not sure if it is a display model or not. Castle Hill Homemaker Centre

    Can make use of the C10AUS code. The best deal for the H818 model seems to be from DWI for $400.50 leather after C10AUS code.

    Otherwise about $50 more for a G5 from QD as xyron mentioned.

    Stay away, just sold my grey import. It ticked all boxes except for battery life. 2 hrs soc is not acceptable imo. The thing heated up and drained battery like crazy! What's the point of having a nice phone if you can't use it?!

    Shame that had a great camera, noticeably better than the S7. S7 has double soc though! Unfortunately battery issues and fear of bootloop caused me to move on. It was also just a little too big!

    I've had a G$ since they came out and very happy with it going from a galaxy note 3.
    I won't be getting a g5 as they only have a 5.2 inch screen.

    Bought a Kogan grey in June with the eBay 20% discount for $400 and not a single problem so far. No bootloop. Great camera and battery lasts all day when used as a phone, although half a day when using apps etc
