Any Recommendations for Alternatives to Australia Post?

I see that Aus post is increasing their prices in October.

What experiences have people had with couriers etc, and when are they better (cheaper, faster more convenient) than Aus post?

    Have a look at OfficeWorks Mailman for larger stuff within Australia. $20 for up to 10kgs is a pretty good deal.

    Sendle, havnt had a problem yet, cheaper or same price with most things, they pick it up from your house. Same city deliveries are cheaper and often same day

    Increasing prices yet the service gets worse and worse. Had multiple packages missing/delayed this year, really not good enough. They don't take any accountability either and hope you give up chasing them. But there aren't many alternatives except couriers which can be fiddly for casual sellers.

    This is what I know. Posting .8kg book.

    Australia Post (upto 3kg(: $13.80
    Sendle: $10.75
    Officeworks: $11

    Are there any other options?
