Good on Dell for offereing alternatives to the bargain S2209W monitors they oversold recently.
But they have a bad reputation for advertising too-cheap deals and reneging.

lol @ dell for losing battle, no sympathy from me. Agree with PE, if Dell were forced to uphold their offers, then they might not continually make "mistakes".
Nice to see they got caught, good news. They do get away with some "errors???" here and would be nice to see them get a nice big sting for shafting customers here.
ACCC in OZ should do the same. I had been caught up 3 times by DELL. Now other companies can have my $$$ but not DELL.
