Saw this offer over the front display at Harris Farm, Randwick branch since yesterday. A cheap bargain which sum up to 44cent / per 250gm package of fresh strawberries.
On top of that, the contained strawberries are comparatively big in size!!

They are around $4-$6/tray in Sydney market if you can go there.
what do they pay the poor pickers if they are that low to buy.
Or any low priced items.
Looks like a full on moldy one in right hand tray at left hand back. Perhaps better to get $7.99 a tray than throw them out in a day or two.
So the trays are two punnets deep I guess; 3x3x2 = 18 punnets.
Anyone know if they have this at Baulko as well?
Why the glut of strawberries this year? I've never seen prices so low.
