Telstra 4GX Plus Question for anyone that has one.

looking at buying the Telstra 4GX Plus for the mother in law she only needs a basic phone but just wondering if
it has a flash or not on the rear camera none of the shops seem to have a dummy on display to check it out
any help would be greatly appreciated.

  i waited in live chat for a fair while last night but demand was high due to iphone 7 release.
