Since I put my Amazon referral code on OZB, I have received couple of emails from Amazon (yes, it's legit Amazon email, not spam one) that I received $5 amazon app coupon.
According to Amazon - Check Your Balance site, I have balance to buy couple of items:
But then when I tried to purchase steam gift card (which is classified as video games), I unable to use it?
Am I missing something here?
I used mine on the Steam controller.

US$5 coupon is towards purchases for items sold and delivered by Amazon, and has a minimum spend afaik
