Buying HTC one m9+ from Ebay is it a good idea?

Hi,

I am planning to but HTC ONE M9+ from ebay just wondering if it would a good idea as seller is offering the mobile with really cheap price and the item location is Hong Kong. Please any advice would be appreciated. here is the link of the product,

    Replaced with another new phone, buyer still abuse to claim money back.

    You'd also have to return it to HK which would be expensive and should anything go wrong there is little chance of any warranty.

    There are also cheaper options, which aren't from reputable sellers either but are more reliable/cheaper than this seller. See here as low as $383 and less chance of issues, although you should probably pay a bit more and get it from a known store at least.

    There were deals on this phone for low $500's this time last year and price hasn't dropped much by the looks, there might be newer/better options for $400-$500 than this phone? Maybe let others know what you are looking for in a phone and they could recommend something. I mean a Moto G4 Plus 32GB with 3GB of RAM is $360ish from eGlobal cameras after postage and discount code, or $448 from Mobileciti with AU warranty just off the top of my head.
