I am looking at buying my sister the beats solo2 wireless in rose gold for Christmas i have been researching and found that they are $297 at office works is that a good price or will they go on sale for cheaper before Christmas.

There is sooo much more you can buy from that. If Beats are what you or your sister are after, my best alternative would be the V-Moda Crossfade M-100's, around the same price range, however definitely worth it imo. This though is irrelevant if you're wanting to buy Beats for the sake of buying Beats, however if you're after a decent pair of cans, I'd suggest to stay away from Beats and consider other options such as Audio-Technica, Sennheiser or even Sony!
Might not be the answer you're looking for .. but honestly beats are nowhere near worth it. $300 and your apple earpods are stil probablyl better quality. They're great for fashion accessory/branding etc. but forking out $300 for subpar headphones is not recommended.
I'm not the biggest expert on headphones etc. so I can't tell you exactly which are the best quality out there, but the fact that even I can tell that Beats are poor quality for their price should be evidence enough that their quality is not something to rave about.
My 2cents though. Good luck with your present hunting !
