Help finding a wifi camera that's simple to use.

All I want is a cheap wifi camera that doesn't need a network connection (router or internet), but only needs the wifi-camera and the android wifi tablet, and connects directly. Nothing else. Is that available?
I have bought three so far, and have 100% fail, and all are fully refunded.

Can you suggest one on Ebay or Ali, preferably < $40.
