Ive ordered a mobile phone from three last friday. They sent me an email regarding ID check on Monday, and i immediately sent them back my license, and uni ID..etc.
Since then ive heard nothing, called them up four times yesterday (five times, but one 'gayathri' dropped the line as soon as i said the problem), none of the call center people can locate my order (via the order number and my name). All of them told me to email [email protected]. I did, and i get an automated response saying 'Thank you for your email. This inbox is not monitored. For information on how to access your account details or contact customer care please see below….(Three promotional blah)*'. I notified two of them about this issue, and both of them took down my details and said they would contact me with 24 hours. They haven't.
Read about similar issues with Three on Whirlpool. Will they ever locate my order? do i need to call some 'special' number where people know what im talking about? Just wanted to find out what i should do from here. your thoughts?
Had the same experience 2 years ago and recently. Had 4 different people responding to me with various answers and had to give them all the same information. Just keep repeating your information and documents and eventually someone (or groups of people) will process it. Don't expect anything at faster than a snail's pace.
