Anyone know if using Postbill pay to pay bills with a Citibank Signature card will attract points (as B-Pay no longer does)?
I normally use the Postbill Pay method with my AMEX card, but our local council wont accept Paypal payments through Postbill Pay, so next option is to use a Visa (Citibank) or default to an ANZ Visa (that does earn points for B-Payments).

I accidentally just used my AMEX at PostBill Pay and it went through! Check my AMEX balance and it has been charged. So maybe try the same way I did.
