30+ Project Manager - Career Change to ETL Technologies

Hi, I'm 30+yrs and currently working for MNC and making around $110K including super. I would like to get some skills and start contracting. But not sure which technology? Just want to keep away from programming thats all.

    Etl is programing. It's data warehousing and later business intelligence reporting

    ETL is very data-programming. Depending on which tool you use, it can be deep SQL, or simple GUI. I've worked on projects using IBM Datastage.
