      $17ea for one print, $13ea for 2x prints, $11.66 for 3x prints, $11 for 4x prints, $10.60 for 5x prints, $10.33 for 6x prints - this is still a fantastic deal!

      If you are ordering more than 6x prints - please message us for discounted shipping rates. We are not making money on shipping, so please don’t think that.

      You make the best savings when you buy a few at once. Even with shipping, this deal is still substantially cheaper than any other company. For example, Fuji or Big W charge at least 4x more than this.

  • Interested… but looks somewhat dodgy. What's the point of paying full price to have a portion of it refunded to your paypal account afterward?…If ever?

    • then don't pay upfront. Simply ignore the balance and later they will send you a invoice with the correct amount which you can pay via paypal.

      We have to do the paypal refund for orders made through the site, as we can't code the checkout system @ $9 a print for ozbargain members only. If you prefer, you can pay any other way - whatever is easiest for you!

  • I am concerned on the quality of the canvas prints. I have a few artwork to print. I hope reeducing the cost doesnt mean reducing the quality.

    Also do you have stretched canvases. If yes how much are they? Do you also do canvas panels.

    You have nothing to be concerned about - as long as your images are high resolution, they will turn out great. So you know exactly what to expect, prehaps only order a few canvas prints this time around. These low prices don't mean reduced quality, it just means I'm working for free!

    The canvas prints will come with a white border around them. We don't sell panels/canvas sorry [unless you need large quantities].

        It really depends. If you send us the images you were considering we can tell you what is suitable. We've printed some low-res stuff before full size large and it turned out just fine. Othertimes it might not be the case. If you submit an image that isn't suitable for the 50x70cm size, we will make it smaller to ensure it turns out great.

    Sure. By 50x70cm, we mean that we will make your image as close to this size as possible. So if you submit something that is a square, it will be 50x50cm. If you submit something that has a resolution of 2665x1800, it would be about 70cm x 47cm. At the same time, we can make it 22cm x 15cm [etc] - whatever you need.

    When uploading your images through our system, you can enter in a preffered size [if you leave it blank, we will make it as large as possible].

    If you want something bigger than 50x70cm, this can also be arranged. Just shoot us an email to discuss the size and we can tell you pricing etc.

      edit: i actually like the website. Just try and minimise the additional black/grey at the bottom. Too broad i think but then it might be there for a purpose.

  • Also guys - we've had people print their Graduation photos through us. Don't pay your Uni $150+ for a full sized print! looks at the companies charging obscene amounts for Uni graduation photos

  • How big is the white border around the canvas and I'm guessing it's not included in the 50x70 dimensions?

    And just want to confirm this deal is running till the 10th of June? In the middle of exams and don't want to miss out on this deal so need to plan out my time well :P Will definitely be getting some prints done =)

    The canvas has about a 1-2cm white border. I'd have to double check, but work on 2cm for now. This is included in max size.

    Yes, we will run the promo till the 10th of June - there is no rush to get your orders in. Assuming we don't get inundated with hundreds of requests, we will be processing all of the orders around the same time [10th].

  • Just tried to upload 3 photos. Lost in cyberspace. Updating the cart didn't help. Obviously doesn't recognise my computer. Shouldn't I have to log in so that your server knows my computer has uploaded the photos? My computer network meter showed the photos uploading so i know that they have definitely uploaded. Bit lost as to how to see them to order them.

    Sorry to hear that. The refresh button should have solved any issues adding them to the cart. Are you uploading them one at a time, then adding them to the cart? Or all at once? If you are doing them all at once it will likely result in an error.

    Could you possibley email me the image names - if you have uploaded them they will be sitting on our server. Was it just the 3x you needed, or were there more? If there were more, prehaps you could try emailing them to us?

  • does anyone know where to get cheap mounting frames. I know bunning have them strectched and you can simply take of the white canvas but apart from that anywhere else.

  • hi i'm really interested in this deal coz it's SO cheap..and there's some family portraits that i want to print..but i have no idea what to do with the printed canvas afterwards. i read that you need to take it to a framing store to get stretched onto a wooden frame, does anyone know about how much this will cost? and where there would be a good and cheap framing store in Brisbane? thanks!!

      Glad to hear you appreciate a great bargain!

      I would recommend getting your family portraits printed on photopaper instead [or at least a mix of canvas & photopapers]. The colors turn out great with the glossy finish + you don't have to worry about finding/paying for a backing board.

  • My order has for some reason shrunk a bunch of my images to 35 x 28…. this needs to be fixed please! I ordered all my images at 50 x 70!

      Please do not worry - If you leave the custom size section blank when completing checkout, and then go back to check your order using your order ID the size will be displayed as 35 x 28cm. It is a bug I will work to fix ;)

  • Looks good, have given it a go for 4 images, and will see how they turn out. Some (hopefully) constructive feedback on the web site:
    * Can the file upload maybe give the user some kind of progress indicator? (I'm running Firefox under Linux, and for me the browser basically behaves like it has frozen whilst uploading, but in reality it's busy uploading - although this could just be a Linux thing)
    * When order is placed, on the "bank payment" screen, should ideally show the user the "Purchase ID" that they get later in their email (in case they enter the wrong email address, or - more likely - the email gets mis-detected as spam).
    * Maybe spell out somewhere what you want the description field to contain for bank transfer payments (could be an issue when you get multiple transfers of the same amount, and need to match up amounts with orders to find who has paid and who has not). Could use the "Purchase ID" field for this, but you'd need to make it shorter - e.g. Commonwealth's Netbank site only allows 18 characters, whereas currently the Purchase ID string is 32 characters long.
    * Maybe allow a way to toggle images between canvas and photographic, after they have been uploaded.

  • more feedback… it might be good if your software would allow you to change from photo to canvas once a file is uploaded, or indeed do multiple photos and canvases of the same file without re-uploading.

    Some preview thumbnail etc might be nice to double check the file hasn't corrupted in upload etc, though I guess that would be difficult across file formats understandably.

    I eagerly await the prints! (ordered 12)

    Appreciate the feedback guys- will defintley take what you have said onboard. Our site is a work in progress, always looking for ways to simplify & improve.

  • I am losing my patience now. Paid for express shipping. Was told Tue/Wed, then mentioned above should be 2morrow which makes it thursday. No show. Got an email on friday saying sorry i shippied it to you via normal post. Will refund money. Yet to see a refund. Was told will get it on monday. Still waiting. I have nothing better to do. Thanks

    • Makes 2 of us. Was first told it would take 7 days to process and then 7 days delivery. This then changed to around 10 days later, and above we were told if payment was recieved before 13th it would be shipped on the Monday past. In the last email I recieved I still can't get confirmation that my photo's have been shipped, and not getting replies to my emails any more.

      The only saving grace is that some people have obviously recieved theirs, so it gives me some hope.

      If youre priority is customer satisfaction, I would suggest not making promises that you can't keep.

        Do not worry about your package going astray, it will show - albeit slower than we would have liked. Please email me your concerns and we can look into your order.

        We do aplogise for the delay in orders being recieved. We have not been sitting on our hands during this time, so do not think that. We were inundated with orders & have been flat out filling them ever since. Please do consider that we took and met all orders during the sale period, rather than setting a limit per person/limited availablity. I am sorry for miscommunicating etas also, it was difficult to plot.

        Unfortuantley dispatch time has suffered as a result of this sale. I hope the price [$9 vs $60+] & customer service make up for this though.

    There has been a communication error which has caused some of the canvas prints to have been shipped out without a border. In many cases, this will not be an issue [scenic shots etc]. However, if you have a closeup/are mounting, & are cutting off faces do not stress out. Send us an email and we will sort it right away.


    Always remember that customer satisfaction is important to me. This was our first trial run with high volume, which means mistakes will be made. The broad goal being to identify & work on them right away to ensure they don't happen again.

    • Well my payment went through on the 4th June, and I'm still waiting so get in line :)

      They are still replying to email so I'm hopeful they will still come. If they don't come by end of next week, will seriously be considering a paypal dispute.

  • Wondering what other people's experience of the product was? I ordered 6 prints and had to get 4 of them re-done. The reprint wern't much better with major issues with 2 of them.

    Issues included poor handling (creases down the middle of the prints, scuff marks around the edges) as well as printing issues (stains on the prints, air bubbles, dust under the print etc).

  • I got 4 prints but asked for a full refund. I got the full refund only until i cut up the canvas in piecec took a photograph and emailed them. My other option was to send it back by writing RTS on it but the post office wouldn't take it back. My prints had silvery lines in them as if a snail had crawled all over the prints. Then there was the missing borders. I wont forget to mention that it might have been caused by moisture as the tube it came in had one of the lids missing thus the tube was open with canvases in them. I hope this helps. OP is good in customer service but i think he is doing drop shipping from another source and cant control the quality or shipping times.

    Its a shame some of the other hundreds of customers who took part in this deal haven't posted about their positive experience with our products - I do assure you there were many [or you certainly would have read about issues here]. It is unfortunate your experiences were not the same.

    I can tell you that of all the canvas prints ordered during this promotion, you were the only one to request a refund. From what I can gather, the serious damaged to the tube during transit & resulting water exposure from sprinklers/etc caused the issues to the canvas [it looked like a truck had rolled over your tube]. It is a shame, but these anomalies do happen. We would have gladly reprinted. Yes - as mentioned above some canvas went out without a border. We notified customers and those who could not use them were sent replacements with borders. I'm sorry we could not help you out further.

    As always, we work with the customer to fix any issues. I've sent you an email, and do apologise for the issues with your order. The issues you describe are not normal occurrences, and are do not meet our high standards.

    This was our first major operation, and was designed to expose any issues in our system. We are working to reduce flaws - don't think we've ignored any of your feedback. I only wish we could have helped you out further - perhaps we can sometime down the track.
