Recommendations on Socks Suitable for Diabetic

For years I have been purchasing Underworks All-Day-Socks because they have the tops that are not elastic so they don't negatively effect circulation. I wondering if anyone has come across socks similar to Explorer socks that are thick and longer than All-Day-Socks but still suitable for diabetics IE they don't leave an indentation on legs with bad circulation.

Bonds Very Comfy Socks - I find them very comfy

Agreed they are loose at the top and very comfortable

    • Thanks I'll check them out. Unfortunately the issue is quite serious so while they may be comfortable I will need to be sure. If they look alright I might buy a pair to test them. The All-Day socks are Diabetes Association approved.

  • I purchased a pair of the Very Comfy Sock and see they are recommended for diabetes sufferers too. Thanks for the advice. They are great.

  • I'm not diabetic, thank heavens. I have a drawer full of the bonds socks just because they are as the say: very comfy. Good luck with them.

I wear Prolotex dot com socks and gloves. The socks are very comfortable, however, the reason I choose to wear them is
they are made using a special ceramic infused fabric, which stimulates the micro circulation of the feet. They keep my feet toasty warm and as the type I wear is relaxed fit, they are non binding, too. I believe these socks will help with peripheral neuropathy, but so far I haven't developed this, so can't comment on that from personal experience. But oh! warm, comfy
    tootsies!!

I wear the gloves for arthritic pain and Dupuytren's Contracture. The socks, gloves…there are numerous products, are manufactured in Canada and with postage, I think are expensive. However, I have found them of great help with pain.

I realise that my answer is a wee bit off topic, but I wanted to let you know of something which might help you. I am not
associated with this business in any capacity.
