Beginning 12:00:00AM Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on 31/08/2016 and continuing through to 11:59:59PM AEST on 06/09/2016 (the “Promotion Period”), for each purchase of an Apple iTunes Gift Card in the amount of $30, $50, or $100 ("Apple iTunes Gift Card") at any Woolworths store in Australia
for each purchase of an Apple iTunes Gift Card of $30 at a Participating Store, you may be eligible to receive a Promotion Code with a face value of $6.00;
for each purchase of an Apple iTunes Gift Card of $50 at a Participating Store, you may be eligible to receive a Promotion Code with a face value of $10.00; and
for each purchase of an Apple iTunes Gift Card of $100 at a Participating Store, you may be eligible to receive a Promotion Code with a face value of $20.00.
Works for apps, games, music, TV shows, books, and more. Use iTunes Codes on the App Store, the iTunes Store, the iBooks Store, and the Mac App Store
So in reverse - get $120 credit for $100 means only 16.6% discount - compared to previous sales where say you get $100 credit but pay $80 which is a 20% discount. Potentially will mislead lots of people who will assume this is the typical 20% off iTunes promo.
Deal still good - just not as good as it may appear.
Happy for anyone to confirm or counter my logic - but seems sound.
