Hmm alot of the fitness youtubers tend to talk about garbage, I was subbed to all his channels but ive ended up not viewing anymore, There are others such as Lexfitness or barbell brigade. I once saw a video about cycling creatine and I promptly unsubbed , the topics have been done to death or are there for the noobs.
