      Did you guys add something that costs money? Try adding a sauce dish. It worked for me (just trying this for the lolz on behalf of my friend who likes to wear these types of hats)

    Well that sold out quick..? Sorry guys couldn't update the description/title as I was processing with my order. Got back and saw all comments about orders being stuck but I already had items that weren't free in my cart, so it worked for me. Thanks kerfuffle for pointing out the solution! :)

        Placed order for M & L caps, with breville "thing" @ Queens Plaza.

        Cap was previously in basket for collect at Carindale & Garden City, but disappeared while finding cheap item. Had already ordered 2 x 1c scarves - last ones available.

        Now to see if orders are successfully processed. Possibly no stock in store, just left on system.

    Okay received confirmation email for the Caps:

    "You will receive a further email from us when your order is available to be collected from your nominated store. Please note that orders placed before midnight will be available for collection the following day"

    So we will at least find out by tomorrow if the orders have been honored, however I get the feeling it probably won't… :( Good luck guys!

      We'll see if there is actual stock to meet the orders… I think a mannequin might be wearing my cap & scarf.

    Going through sales data to see how many we've sold; someone from Adelaide bought half a dozen of them along with some underpants … I'm all for taking advantage of errors on the internet, but half a dozen hats is a bit rich …

      I however get the feeling they don't have enough stock for the orders? Considering there are people ordering half a dozen of these, I find it unlikely that all orders will go through?

      • Warringah Mall is minus 1 in some size, but there looks like there's enough stock. Chances of getting the order fulfilled is pretty low though.

          Chadstone and Highpoint. At least they rounded the refund to the nearest 5c which was nice and they asked for my Amex card. Set me just that little bit closer to retirement. Lol

    Price Error, the store i ordered from called me today and confirmed it.
    They asked if i wanted the sauce dish, i said "not without the hat" so they refunded me.

    Haven't received my call yet. Will move this post to the forums due to pricing error soon. Sorry to the ones whose orders got cancelled, if it makes you feel better, mine will most likely be cancelled too.

    UPDATE Got an email from DJ's, order cancelled due to genuine pricing error. I wasn't surprised… Let's see if anyone actually got the caps successfully?

  • I got an email asking to call them back. They will refund my PayPal account in $0.01 cent. From the number of items listed here when we were proceeding with our purchases, it looks like they are very fond of price errors. Maybe this would be due to their very "low" profit margin, I suppose ¯_(ツ)_/¯

    Store rang me and asked me to call them back. Same lady on voicemail.

    Ordered from other store and we are allowed to pick up but not sure if I should go get it now.'

    As soon as posting this I got an email for cancellation. I got confirmation emails for this one and later got an other email.

    Your click and collect order has been cancelled, while all care is taken to ensure all details and prices are correct, some errors do occur. On your order there was such an error

    • You mean they're giving you the hats? I'd call up and check. Half the time they give you half the order and fail to tell you that the other half can't be fulfilled until you go there to pick it up

        They sent a confirmation that they were and then emailed that above message "your click and collect" 30 minutes later. The order only had the cups and hats.

        • You mean you received an Order Confirmation or a Ready for Pickup e-mail? The former isn't an indication you'll get your order; just saying that they received your order.

          No, I got an email as well this morning in addition to the order confirmation as below. Then someone has emailed me directly to say that other email I posted above. I have both a confirmation order email and a ready for collection email. Followed by another email to say it's an error.

          @Joyoz: Yes I got two emails as well, however the cancellation one was first and then the pick up one following that. The hats got cancelled however the other item of value was not, that's why it was ready for collection.

          I got the ready to pick up email and then 30 minutes later an email from the staff member I pasted here already.
