  • These are just rentals right? Cause the 99c ones are not to buy??

    • Yes these are rentals.

Why rent them, when you can own them for free ?

    • Only free if you were purchasing the cereal anyway.

      • No need to purchase cereal, you just need the codes inside the boxes. It doesn't require a receipt.

And how would you go about getting the codes without purchasing the cereal? Please share with us your methods of stealth code attainment?

@genes888: Obviously, when you see someone opening cereal boxes in the supermarket, write down the codes, and put it back on the shelf, that person must be JV.

  • Seriously, these are bargain bin items. At most they should be 99c to own - although frankly free is probably overpriced for many of them.

If these came up on 9 as a FTA movie, you'd turn over.

    • what? Nightcrawler and Spring Breakers are both great movies.

When will Google learn the customer psychology that
EITHER customers want to buy it cheap (own the movie, even though they may watch it less than 3 times in their life),
or watch as part of buffet style subscription ( again, even though they may watch it less than 3 times during their subscription).

Per movie 'online' rental will NOT work, as has been tried again and again by pretty much all the big names.

I remember back in 2001 when you advised Goggle to get out of the 'Search' market, that there was no future in it…

      • Haha. I don't remember telling Google, but I did told Yahoo to get out of the 'Search' market, and they should thank me for that.

        • Ya who ?
