Man I have never seen this scene in ip man 2 before https://youtu.be/ymcF8uB57fQ?t=766
I agree. Didn't enjoy 3 as much. If ip man can beat 10 black belts in karate would he really struggle that much against 1 mike tyson?
Still pretty keen to see ip man 4 though. It's set in space and there are some intercurrent laser sword and space station shenanigans but they're not important
They have to make it a tie so Mike doesn't lose face :P
Those Japanese karate exponents were skinny young soldiers and inexperienced in real combat. Doesn't matter what belt they had, they may have had plenty of tournament fighting constrained by rules but it is not the same as real fighting.
Tyson on the other hand is a monster behemoth and would kick ass even if he had no boxing training.
Apparently Donnie Yuen's wife was nervous about Mike Tyson injuring Donnie during filming but as it turned out, it was Mike that injured his fingers during sparring.
Ip Man 2 already had a boxer as Ip Man's main adversary so they weren't going to tread the same ground in part 3. So instead we get Wing Chun master vs Wing Chun master.
So it's not about a man and computer networking is it?
Sadly, it's not.
His Kung Fu is so great, one punch would send you flying straight back to 127.0.0.1
IP Man = 1P Man = 1 Punch Man
???
HL3 confirmed
No it's about a legendary turn of the century Chinese Intellectual Property lawyer.
No. The one you are talking about is IPv6 Man, not this one.
IP is not IP address kind of IP.
Thanks for verifying that.
How is this linked to Iron Man?
Do you even know how not to derp?

Zavvi is sold out.
Awesome movies. For those with Netflix, I recall seeing all 3 there.
For everyone else in Australia, 1 & 2 at least are available on SBS On Demand

(An excellent resource for free to view films)
yep, saw part ofone on SBS a few days back.
Saw the first one. It was great.
The first is the best imo, then the third and last one is the second.
RRP is ridiculous…
I'll take ten!
That was an awesome scene.
1 and 2 was awesome… 3 wtf is mike tyson doing.
IP Man is very serious about protecting your intellectual property… Kung Fu's those that use Mickey's Mouse image at Day Care, round house kicks Pirate Bay owners and tears the heads off of Bratz dolls.
Is this FTTN or FTTP?
Just wondering if audio is only in Cantonese?
Yes, as far as I remember. But 3 has a little English spoken through the movie because of Tyson.
Number 3 has Mike Tyson? I thought Ip man was set a long time ago?
It's called acting brah. See actors play characters in films. What we are talking about is a trilogy of films…
LOL… I thought (from the comments above), Mike Tyson was a character in the film, not just an actor. :P
bugger - sold out :(
it's $29 delivered at amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B019H078JY
doh missed out…
One of the best martial art trilogy of all times. I ranked the first IP Man movie on par with the best Jet Li movie which is Once Upon A Time In China 2 where Donnie Yen and Jet Li has the best fight in the history of cinema. The action choreography in that movie from 1992 has not been surpass by any movie thus far IMHO.
Jet Li Vs Donnie Yen :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nvJGba7DIG4Agreed, the best I have seen in the past decade though would have to be The Raid and The Raid 2.
Sold out damn :(
3 was a let-down. 1 was ok.
