I make a lot of pizzas and my oven only had 2 racks. 2 weeks ago I liberated a shelf from a hard rubbish oven. very happy.
previously I was using a cake rack like this one(ebay.com.au). it wasn't ideal as it wasn't quite wide enough but would fit in place on a precarious angle.
I have this same problem.
I'm always on the lookout for a cheap grill/rack to sort my freezer stuffs.
Haven't managed to find something that was the right width yet (most are too small, sometimes they're too big to fit).
Keep your eye out for council rubbish dumps.
LOL…yeah, looks like a complex installation job to me.
Seriously though, it looks like most all of the grill racks I've ever seen over the years, keep your eye out during council whitegoods kerbside cleanup.
